Triny Beckman

Owner

Triny has been involved with CAGE (now known as Capital Gymnastics & Athletics) since 1999. Her background as a competitive gymnast and dancer instilled a love for the sport and the athletes, making it an easy decision to move from a coaching position in Olathe to managing and then owning CAGE Gymnastics. Triny is particularly interested in the mental training aspect of coaching and enjoys the challenge of working through goal setting, facing fears and
confidence building with her athletes. Her favorite event to coach is balance beam followed closely by uneven bars. She lives in Topeka and enjoys competitive trail and endurance riding with her 4 horses in her spare time.
